At Transformula, all coaching and digital services are delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

After payment or deposit is received, clients receive their initial consultation form within 24 hours, and full access to the coaching app and program setup within 72 hours of completing it. Ongoing coaching, check-ins, and support are provided digitally through our app, email,
and Zoom sessions.

Payments made through Zip or Payright apply only to services that begin immediately upon
onboarding. These payment options cannot be used for pre-orders, back-orders, or gift
cards.
